About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and work alongside business leaders to deliver people initiatives that elevate performance and build capability across the business. In this role, you'll collaborate with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that align with our goals, creating a high-performance culture and enhancing team member engagement.
You'll be at the forefront of driving people programs that help the business grow, from talent development, organisational effectiveness, and succession. Your expertise will be crucial in coaching leaders on effective people management, performance, and culture. You'll also ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and provide guidance on HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
* Develop and execute people programs that enhance team member engagement and drive business performance
* Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effective people management, performance, and culture
* Ensure compliance with regulations and mitigate risks through effective HR practices
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources / Business Partner role
* Experience working in a retail environment
* Degree / Qualification in Human Resources is preferred
* Experience coaching people to deliver feedback, proven ability in dispute resolution, and proactive approach to finding solutions
* Confidence in local and industry legislations and ability to stay up-to-date on changes that may impact our people strategy
* Ability to use judgement to make impactful decisions that inspire positive outcomes
* Strong communication skills and ability to create meaningful relationships with colleagues
