Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join our head office team in Macquarie Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Monitor and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence
- Meet and greet office visitors in a professional manner
- Frank outgoing mail and deliver to the post office
- Organize travel and associated requirements in liaison with the Company's travel agency
- Collect and dispatch couriers as required
- Keep the office kitchens tidy, including cleaning the coffee machines and loading/unloading the dishwashers periodically
- Complete local expense claims and credit card reconciliations for Head Office staff
- Provide additional administrative support to the Executive Management Team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in general administration or customer service. They must be a good team player with a high level of personal organization, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
About the Role
This is an office-based position, and the successful candidate will be based in Macquarie Park, 200m from Macquarie University train station and Macquarie Shopping Centre.
