Business Development Administrator Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Business Development Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to interact with staff at all levels, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key resource for tender submissions and contract-related activities
  • Provide administrative and quality assurance support
  • Monitor and review supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and drive brand awareness
  • Maintain company website and develop engaging content for social media
  • Support the development of long-term business plans and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Proactive approach with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with KPIs and reporting metrics
  • Demonstrates commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and design software
  • Valid QLD driver's license

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in marketing, media relations, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, SharePoint, IMS, and CRM software
  • Digital marketing and social media experience an advantage
