Business Banking Opportunity

This role is a key part of our business banking team, responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of business customers.

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers to provide value to Agribusiness customers across regional markets.
  • Manage customer relationships, providing excellent service and ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Senior Relationship Manager to administer customer portfolios, ensuring all documentation and customer files are maintained according to established policies and procedures.
  • Analyse financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other complex financial reports, providing accurate assessments.
  • Identify acceptable levels of lending risk and maximise profit from transactions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and financial skills.
  • Planning and organisational skills, establishing processes to complete goals and allocating resources effectively.
