**Occupational Health Manager Role**
We are seeking an experienced occupational health manager to oversee compliance and reporting for our self-insurance license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audits such as SISAP and EDT returns, and developing effective rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies tailored to individual employee needs.
The role requires a compassionate approach to case management, with a focus on employee support and success. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing injury cases with empathy and care.
- Facilitating seamless return-to-work processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for early intervention and proactive support to prevent injuries and promote employee wellbeing.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
A valid driver's license is also required.
