Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our modern workplace transformation initiatives. This leadership role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational change, focusing on Microsoft technologies and collaboration solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive client success, ensuring all projects align with industry best practices and client goals.
In this role, you will lead pre-sales engagements, deliver thought leadership, and manage high-impact projects focusing on enabling clients to modernize their work environments with solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and AI-powered collaboration tools.
About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists to design, implement, and adopt modern workplace solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
- Work with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and effective tool use.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions enhancing their organizational performance and employee experience.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities including solution architecture, client presentations, workshops, and proposal development for Modern Work solutions.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and ensure ongoing success.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clients' strategic goals, while maintaining high quality and cost-effective outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, focusing on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern collaboration solutions.
- Experience leading the implementation of digital workplace solutions driving organizational change and improving productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders and presenting technical solutions.
- A strategic thinker able to drive innovation and think outside the box to meet client needs.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies or methodologies.
- Experience leading workshops and delivering engaging presentations.
