About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Home Investment Lending Assistant to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property. You'll work closely with our Home and Investment Lending Manager to drive mortgage sales and cross-sale performance across the Retail Branch Network.
Key Responsibilities- Coach customers through each step of the home buying process
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a seamless experience
- Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and performance targets
