Job Title: Digital Systems Officer for Student Engagement

RMIT is seeking a skilled individual to manage and optimize digital platforms, including our enterprise event management system.

This role involves designing, building and managing events through Cvent as well as other relevant technologies. You will ensure efficient use of our systems, helping deliver engaging student-focused events and contributing to RMIT's goal of enriching the student experience.

About the Role:

  1. Manage and optimize digital platforms, including our enterprise event management system (Cvent).
  2. Design, build and manage events through Cvent and other relevant technologies.
  3. Evaluate and implement best practices for digital platform use.
  4. Liaise effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements and needs.
  5. Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
