Student Engagement Digital Systems Officer

RMIT University is seeking a Student Engagement Digital Systems Officer to support the Student Engagement team by managing and optimising digital platforms, including the enterprise event management system (Cvent). The role involves designing, building and managing events within Cvent and other relevant technologies, coordinating with stakeholders and providing system support to deliver engaging student-focused events.
Overview- Full-time, Fixed Term position (12 months)
- Salary HEW Level 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, with hybrid ways of working
- Build and manage events in Cvent and other digital platforms
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
- Ensure efficient use of our systems and support delivering student-focused events
- Demonstrated experience using digital platforms effectively (preferably Cvent or similar event platforms), including troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and training others on best practices
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills for fast-paced settings
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
