**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our Member Operations team in Brisbane. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for operational management, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

**Job Description**

In this role, you will:

  • Operational management through workforce management tools and methodology;
  • Lead and support team members to achieve milestones and deliverables while monitoring their performance;
  • Manage day-to-day execution of performance standards, ensuring expectations for the team are known and plans are in place to achieve results;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalated complaints and identifying systemic issues;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to initiatives and ensuring adoption within the team;
  • Accountable for people aspects, including conducting regular reviews, leave management, training, cross-skilling, and recruitment as required;
  • Assist in devising and implementing business and operational plans within a continuous improvement management philosophy;
  • Clarify issues with stakeholders, resolve differences, and maintain positive client relations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues;
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a proven track record of delivering results;
  • Proficiency in using workforce management tools and methodologies.
