Job Title: Technical Business Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business decision-makers, development teams and testing teams to provide guidance and advice on solutions for business needs.
  • Liaise with developers and system architects to ensure the correct implementation of system design.
  • Review training manuals and user documentation to support newly adopted systems, technologies or procedures.
  • Manage project RAID/Change register for technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience in reviewing API definitions and testing APIs using tools like Postman.
  • Desirable - Experience in testing, configuring or supporting Informatica MDM Solution.
  • Experience in using MS Teams, Confluence, JIRA - collaboration tools.

  • Superior communication skills to manage a complex ecosystem of stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude, clear sense of initiative and passion for self-development.
Requirements:
  • Researching and assessing current processes, technologies and systems to gain understanding of problems and challenges.
