Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

">Job Description:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Finance in driving the company's growth and profitability.

As a key member of the finance team, you will manage financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting management reports, dashboards, and commentary to ensure accurate reflection of financial results to Executive Management.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business cases.
  • Analysing performance across planning and forecasting cycles, leading the analysis of key KPIs, providing actual results insights, and highlighting implications for the longer-term financial outlook.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified in Accounting or Business, with a CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong technical financial modelling and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skills, and financial systems knowledge (SAP/Oracle).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High accountability and ability to meet deadlines, with proven problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
