Strategic Financial Leader

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Budget and Forecast Management:
- Manage the budget and forecast timetable to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
- Establish standard models for data collection and coordinate input collection across business units.
- Build national reporting packs for Onsite support functions.
- Month End Estimate and Close:
- Ensure accurate consolidation of regional P&L estimates at month end.
- Liaise with Branch Managers to deliver accurate Monthly P&Ls and review General Ledger entries for accuracy.
- Insurance Renewal Management:
- Degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
- Partly Qualified / Qualified CA / CPA.
- Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role, preferably in a complex business environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
