Spare Parts and Warranties Officer Role

This role is a key part of our team, supporting the hospitality equipment asset base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our hospitality equipment spare parts inventory and resolving warranty claims.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the spare parts inventory to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve warranty issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports within our systems.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including service technicians and suppliers.
  • Work with the warehouse team to optimize spare parts inventory and improve processing timelines.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the procurement process, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Able to work effectively in a team or autonomously.
  • Inventive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of hospitality equipment - technical experience is an advantage.
