Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mixologist to join our luxury sky bar team, located on a high floor of a prestigious hotel in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique venue with unrivalled views of the city's famous harbour, serving signature cocktails and offering an extensive selection of spirits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative and delicious cocktail menus for special occasions and seasonal events
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all guests have a positive experience
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent food and beverage offerings
  • Develop and implement techniques to improve efficiency and productivity in the bar area
