Are you the One?

QT Sydney is looking for an outgoing, hands-on Restaurant Host/ Runner to drive exceptional experiences at our flagship hatted restaurant, Gowings and its bar. We are looking for someone with a passion for looking after people and loves working in a fast-paced environment. Building customer relationships and recognition is at the core of who you are. SevenRooms experience or similar booking systems is a MUST.

  • Admin skills (email and phone etiquettes)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Someone who loves to dress to impress.
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a little bit cheeky
  • People that love looking after people, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Support to management and the team

Basically, we want you to be a rockstar One minute you are walking our guests to their tables, next minute you're telling our guests about the fabulous high tea we offer on the weekends or getting to know their favorite drinks and next minute you're helping the team operationally
