The role of a Manager in the Secretariat is pivotal to fostering best-practice remuneration outcomes for senior officials.

As a key member of the Tribunal's support team, you will be responsible for managing delivery of various products to support the Chair and Members in their independent functions.

  • Provide authoritative advice to support Tribunal Members and Compliance Officers in their decision-making processes.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including local councillors and executives in the Victorian public sector.
  • Support Compliance Officers when hearing appeals from current and/or former Members of Parliament.
