Job Description

As a seasoned relationship builder and strategic fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnership network, driving fundraising initiatives, and unlocking new opportunities to grow our impact.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in partnerships, fundraising, or business development. If you possess excellent communication skills, are organised and strategic, and have a passion for youth wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Grow Corporate Partnerships
  • Lead Grant-Writing and Manage Trusts, Foundations, and Government Engagement
  • Plan and Deliver Fundraising Campaigns, Regular Giving, Bequests, Major Gifts, and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising
  • Represent the organisation at Networking and Donor Events
  • Track and Report on Fundraising Outcomes to Inform Future Strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, or business development - ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, reports, and pitches.
  • Organisational and strategic skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital tools.
  • A strong passion for youth wellbeing and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
