Seeking an experienced Key Supporter Specialist to develop and implement strategies to build donor loyalty and grow income through fundraising and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Regular Giving program, driving sustainable growth in income and retention
  • Project manage multi-channel fundraising appeals, including external partnerships
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for general donations, staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Support implementation of Bequests program
  • Develop and trial new ideas in acquisition/look-a-like program, balancing ROI metrics
  • Lead customer service-related issues and develop donor journeys to strengthen supporter relationships
Requirements:
  • Experience with CRM systems and data accuracy/hygiene compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in Regular Giving, donor communications, or fundraising campaigns
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a purpose-driven team
  • Understanding of Child Safe Standards and commitment to upholding them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
