Job Title: SAP Application Specialist

SAP Application Specialists play a pivotal role in streamlining logistics operations by implementing efficient and scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end application support, encompassing incident resolution, service requests, system troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of upgrades and support packs.
  • Contribute to solution design and delivery of projects, ensuring seamless alignment with business needs and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Manage system configuration changes, drive continuous improvements, and enhancements, including updates to business processes and system design.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for workflow requirements, and configure workflows, reports, interfaces, and forms accordingly.
  • Oversee data-related activities such as EDI mapping, data collection, conversion, and migration across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, propose solutions to business challenges, and ensure stakeholder requirements are considered.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Business, relevant industry certification, and SAP certification. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SAP TMS and S/4HANA, strong configuration and business solutioning expertise, and excellent communication skills.
