Job Title: Key Account Manager - Logistics Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Key Account Manager, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain.

You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable us to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience resulting in ongoing improvement of our customer satisfaction levels.
  • Focus on delivering the best logistics experience at all aspects of the supply chain, resulting in retention and extension of accounts.
  • Provide insightful and value-add reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Account Manager role.
  • Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business.
  • Proven analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution.
