Logistics Operations Expert

This role is key to making that happen, driving process improvements, managing external logistics providers, and supporting internal efficiency.

  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Train and upskill logistics coordinators on logistics tools and systems.
  • Reconcile freight and warehousing invoices accurately.
  • Manage the logistics inbox and respond to incoming queries promptly.
  • Perform key logistics administrative tasks.
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders.

For this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain, or business.
  • Experience in logistics operations, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or high-volume supply chains.
  • Skilled at working with external logistics providers.
  • Process-oriented and detail-driven, able to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
