Expert Metabolic Nurse Leader

This is an exciting role in the Metabolic Department where you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care and clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing expert nursing care and clinical leadership in the management of children and adolescents with Inborn Errors of Metabolism.
- Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
- Educating and mentoring staff, families, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinating projects and programs to improve metabolic service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated competence in relevant area of nursing practice.
- Effective leadership skills including highly developed communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
