- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to co-create tailored digital solutions and change management initiatives.
- Streamline key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational agility and decision-making.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
- Foster strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and report on transformation metrics, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital literacy throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
- Proven track record of leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with subject matter experts and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated expertise with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
