Job Title: Software Engineer

We are seeking experienced software engineers to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis, with a focus on improving capability across the digital experience platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to build and maintain large-scale digital products
  • Develop and enhance robust application code that meets technical requirements
  • Work closely with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and estimates
  • Provide guidance and assistance to junior engineers
  • Maintain software documentation and contribute to technical roadmaps
  • Lead best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture across the tech stack (Node, TypeScript, React, AWS, Cloudflare, GitLab CI/CD)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of professional hands-on software development experience building and maintaining large-scale products
  • Full-stack proficiency with web-based languages and frameworks including Node, TypeScript, React, and cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and experience implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness
  • Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies (Scrum preferred; Kanban also used)
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including OWASP
  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level software engineers
