Client Service Expert
Our global insurance brokerage operates across the world.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
- Prepare reports and approve workflows successfully.
- Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections accurately.
- Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
- Assist the team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.
- Perform general administration duties, including data maintenance.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with insurance operations and processes would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in telephony and email management systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
