Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our team. As a Senior Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and wants to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a legal environment
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using legal software (LEAP Legal would be a bonus) and MS Office suite
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures and office practices
