Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of expert Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs to support individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries
  • Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Manage and develop team capabilities, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional patient care
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and excellence

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health field (Physiotherapy, OT, EP, etc.)
  • Full professional registration (AHPRA/ESSA/AASW/ASORC/RCAA)
  • Proven experience in leadership within occupational rehabilitation or similar fields
  • Current NSW Driver's License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
