Digital Platform Technical Expert

We are seeking a Digital Platform Technical Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable individual to partner with the business to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance consumer-facing digital applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-level support for digital platforms, including content management systems, customer relationship management tools, websites, and mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and resolve application errors in a timely manner.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role supporting consumer-facing digital platforms.
- A strong technical foundation with exposure to software development or website development.
- Experience with customer relationship management and content management tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web publishing workflows.
