About the Role:
As a specialist in psychosocial support services, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing access to mental health care for individuals facing challenges. This position requires strategic collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure that all eligible consumers receive referrals for psychosocial support through designated programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to build capacity within Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS) to maximize access to psychosocial services.
- Act as the key liaison between AMHS and providers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Work closely with consumers, families, carers, and the community to foster recovery and independence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in mental health, preferably with exposure to psychosocial support programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience in working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or similar frameworks is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to delivering mental health support with a focus on problem-solving.
