Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment facilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair arcade machines, games, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work closely with the Venue Manager to identify and address any issues that may affect the guest experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by providing excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

 

Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude and hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
