We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Part-time position - 4-5 days per week with option for more hours in busier periods

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Cardiovascular Nurse Unit Manager.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients and their families on arrival into hospital, booking appointments, invoicing and payments, and admission/discharge of patients to the Cardiovascular Centre.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service healthcare environment and patient record databases (IBA preferred)

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills with a strong patient focus.
