Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aged Care Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at one of our five residential aged care facilities. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to our residents.
- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify residents' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Welcome new residents and ensure a smooth transition into our care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment strategies.
- Educate residents and their families on preventive care tailored to their understanding and needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant physiotherapy degree and AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care physiotherapy, with skills in conducting assessments, managing diverse needs, and working efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
- Proven ability in time management, effective communication, and working well in a multidisciplinary team.
