About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Manager Corporate Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial, physical, and human resource aspects of the school's business operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversight of financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Human resource management, including asset management and maintenance strategies
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Providing operational input to financial planning and budgeting
  • Contributing to the development of business and marketing plans aligned with the school's objectives


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need to have:




  • Demonstrated oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the application of customer service principles and practices
  • Demonstrated financial management skills, including input into budget preparation and the ability to apply financial and accounting practices and procedures
  • Demonstrated human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems


Salary and Benefits



The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.



Eligibility



To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
