Job Title: Migration Lawyer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Migration Lawyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance to clients as needed
  • Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
  • Ensure files are managed efficiently
  • Represent clients in courts and tribunals
  • Maintain effective communication with clients
  • Support junior team members in their professional development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law
  • A valid Queensland Practising Certificate
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • A history of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and personal organization skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • The ability to maintain a high standard of work at all times
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of motivation and target-driven approach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to speak a second language would be beneficial but is not essential
