Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to manage our global mobility and immigration program. This role will focus on preparing cost estimates, assignment and relocation offers, reporting, and tracking by utilizing our client's global mobility policies, processes, and systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar HR project roles and be able to critically analyze, evaluate, and reach sound conclusions. They will also be able to work collaboratively as a team member and take a proactive approach to work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-directed, able to establish priorities, use initiative, and continually reprioritize work appropriately.

About the Role:

  • Manage international assignment and relocation program in Australia.
  • Prepare cost estimates, assignment and relocation offers, report, and track by utilizing our client's global mobility policies, processes, and systems.
  • Provide guidance to business teams to manage compliance requirements with respect to all Australian immigration matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar HR project roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, critically analyze, evaluate, and reach sound conclusions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member and take a proactive approach to work.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, establish priorities, use initiative, and continually reprioritize work appropriately.
