Job Description

As a Customer Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recovering claims and implementing streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex claims and issues.
  • Reviewing and adhering to internal policies, gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.
  • Driving process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the claims process.
  • Recovering outstanding funds from various schemes and conducting thorough information collection and analysis.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.
  • Analysing data and proposing actionable improvements to enhance processes.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Claims Specialist who possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. A claims/financial background is highly regarded, but not essential. The role requires full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with two days working from home.
