Job Description
As a Customer Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recovering claims and implementing streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams regarding complex claims or issues.
- Adhering to and reviewing internal policies, gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.
- Driving efforts to streamline and improve the efficiency of the claims process.
- Recovering outstanding funds from various schemes and conducting thorough information collection and analysis.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.
- Analysing data and proposing actionable improvements that enhance processes.
