About the Role
Our organisation seeks a seasoned Leadership Professional to support our senior executive in driving strategic and operational objectives, while fostering positive leadership and mentoring within their team.
This highly experienced individual will provide high-level support and strategic guidance to the senior executive, focusing on effective delivery of priority climate and energy transition actions across NSW.
Key responsibilities include leading initiatives on behalf of the senior executive, which may involve confidential and complex matters. The successful candidate will also proactively manage critical issues, services, projects, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives, key stakeholders, and partner agencies.
- Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Identify contentious issues and risks, providing well-considered solutions to the senior executive.
- Bring proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement, planning, and project management.
- Successfully lead and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.
