- Prepare meeting materials and presentations using Google Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense claims
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
