About This RoleThis multifaceted role involves assisting across various aspects of the organization, including safety and human resources.
We're seeking an individual who can think critically, learn quickly, and has a strong background in administration, time management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Aid in managing employee life cycles, from recruitment to onboarding and training.
- Conduct site compliance and training activities, including inductions for various sites across Queensland.
- Foster and promote the company culture, team building, and inclusion among employees.
- Assist in implementing processes, systems, and initiatives related to safety and HR.
- Perform general safety and HR-related administration and data entry tasks.
- Strong administration background with experience in time management and compliance.
- Excellent technology skills, including confidence in using multiple systems and platforms.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
