About the Role

The Equipment Inspection and Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying inspection reports for accuracy and quality, ensuring that listings meet company and industry standards.
  • Communicating with field inspectors, sales staff, and internal departments to ensure effective sales management and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating and resolving quality control issues to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Performing field inspections as required to ensure accurate and detailed reporting.
  • Supporting the company's commitment to safety by taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of your team, coworkers, and customers.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Experience in equipment inspection, inventory, and appraisals, preferably in the auction or heavy equipment business.
  • Knowledge of industrial and/or agricultural equipment, trucks, and trailers.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite products and digital cameras.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • A strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
