Job Title: Warehouse Storeperson/Admin

Location: Geelong region

Working Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (6 am - 3 pm OR 6 am - 12 pm OR 7 am - 1 pm)

Pay Rate: $34 - $35/hr + super

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storeperson to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, meeting customer expectations.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
  4. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards, adhering to company policies.
  5. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required, following safety protocols.
  6. Assist with stock takes and inventory audits, providing support to the inventory management team.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or inventory management setting.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Ability to lift and move heavy items, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  4. Forklift license preferred, but not essential.
  5. Basic computer skills for inventory management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
