Business Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Business Strategist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic insights and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • You will perform in-depth commercial analysis to inform strategic decision-making, assess financial performance, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • You will analyse and synthesise data to develop business cases supporting objectives and ICT needs.
  • You will design and implement data collection, reporting tools, and benchmarks.
  • You will develop and execute strategies to optimise digital project spending.
  • You will gather and document user requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
  • You will lead the design and development of requirements and functional specifications using financial models and analysis tools.
  • You will support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements
  • A minimum 7 years' experience as a business analyst is required.
  • You must have strong presentation and report writing skills.
  • You should be able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • You must be proficient in benefits identification and analysis.
  • Experience in project/program evaluations is desirable.
  • You should have excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should have a proven ability to lead workshops and manage the full lifecycle of benefits management.
