Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team in Sydney International Airport. As a Ramp Duty Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and effective Ramp operations.

Your primary function will be to provide guidance and coaching to staff involved in ground handling services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for regular and ongoing operational, safety, and financial reporting to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. You should be able to motivate and empower your team to achieve their best performance, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to staff involved in ground handling services
  • Conduct regular operational, safety, and financial reporting
  • Maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Safety, Security, and Compliance

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Ramp operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing health and safety policies, and conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with our safety, security, and compliance objectives.
