Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team in Australia. As a key member of the Business Systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our most critical systems to ensure Anduril's success in the near and long term.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, people, and more to understand business needs, engineer solutions, and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs
  • AUS Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
