Electoral Leadership Position

 

We seek an exceptional leader to drive the strategic direction of our electoral organisation.

The appointee will be responsible for implementing and driving organisational change across various disciplines, providing executive leadership and management in delivering complex statewide electoral events, operational activities, and technology modernisation.

The appointee will also build and maintain strategic relationships, networks, and partnerships with government and non-government organisations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Outstanding communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, public administration, or law.
  • Proven ability to operate with high levels of ethical behaviour, honesty, integrity, and respect.

The appointee will exercise all delegated powers in the absence of the Electoral Commissioner.

  • Implement and drive organisational change.
  • Provide executive leadership and management.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong executive presence.
  • Complex organisation leadership experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, public administration, or law.
  • Ethical behaviour, honesty, integrity, and respect.
