- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the CTB LOB. Monitor performance against forecasts by product, channel, and campaign, and recommend actions to address gaps or leverage opportunities.
- Digital Collaboration: Work closely with digital capability and digital optimization teams to ensure roadmaps enhance the customer experience and contribute to the achievement of key metrics.
- Risk Management: Stay informed of regulatory requirements and proactively identify and resolve emerging issues to minimize risk.
