About the Role:

This senior leadership position involves developing and implementing robust privacy, data protection, and ethics frameworks for an organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while addressing emerging challenges in AI privacy and data security.

  • Establish and implement privacy management frameworks to ensure adherence to Victorian Information Privacy Principles under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
  • Develop policies, standards, and processes to drive continuous improvement in privacy strategy and frameworks.
  • Provide strategic leadership in data and information security to safeguard digital assets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in data governance and privacy compliance.
