Lead the Future of AI

The role of AI Governance Lead is a pivotal position in shaping the future of AI within an organisation. As an expert in AI, governance, or both, you will ensure technology is used responsibly and ethically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for AI oversight.
  • Coordinate the approval process for new AI experiments and initiatives, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Own and continuously improve key governance processes, including approval workflows and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external suppliers to promote responsible AI use.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in AI governance frameworks and policies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a governance role (AI, data, or risk management).
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, and managing governance processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
